We are creating online programs, classes, eBooks and digital resources to help you continue your Physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation if you are unable to attend our clinics due to COVID-19 (or any other reason).  Our Rehabilitation Programs include:  -Videos/video links of all exercises emailed to you -Complete Programming (sets, reps, intensity, days per week etc) -Basic equipment recommendations If your condition is not covered here, we are still  consulting face to face as normal in the clinics. Online appointments are also available.  Online appointments include:  - A video consultation with a Physiotherapist - Assessment of your injury/pain/problem -Prescription of a customised rehabilitation program Note: Home visit services are also available currently if you still need face to face treatment but are uncomfortable leaving your house.
