Who am I?
A physiotherapist with over 16 years of experience treating musculoskeletal conditions in private clinics and hospitals in Australia.
Why did I create this Program?
This program is for those who are unable to attend their local physiotherapy clinic due to Covid-19 or for any other reason, or for those who simply prefer to rehab their own injuries at home.
This program is evidence based, meaning it follows the best science on the topic to give you the best possible chance of recovery.
Equipment Required:
2-3 elastic resistance bands are useful with some of the exercises. If you are local to Perth, email adam@kwinana.physio and we can supply these for you. If not, Theraband, Sanctband or other brands are generally available in most retail sporting stores or online for under $10.
There also are links within the PDF to other non-essential items that may help with your plantar fasciitis.
