Lower Back Mobility Program
A Six Week Program to ease stiff lower backs, tight hips and pelvis'.
What You Get:
-A comprehensive 6 week program designed by Physiotherapist Adam Beavis.
-The program includes daily exercise prescriptions for the 6 weeks, with 32 accompanying video links to help you perform with them the exact correct technique. Note: If you prefer downloadable videos, you can email us and we will send these to you for free as well.
-A 13 page PDF detailing the workouts, their goals and which areas specific drills are helping with.
-Another 2 page PDF with evidence based guidelines for keeping pain/discomfort at a safe level during exercise.
Who is This Program For?
-This program is suitable for anyone with a stiff lower back, hips and/or pelvic area.
-It is also suited for those with no specific issues, but who are wishing to maintain or improve there general mobility and fitness.
NOTE THIS PROGRAM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH:
-Signficant or constant pain, injury, or pathology in any of these regions
-A recent history of surgery to the lower back, hips or pelvic area
-Pins and needles, altered sensation, weakness or reduced function in the lower back, hips, pelvis or lower limbs.
-Badder or bowel function abnormalities, and/or numbness or loss of sensation in the saddle area (perineum)

Who am I?
A physiotherapist with over 16 years of experience treating musculoskeletal conditions in private clinics and hospitals in Australia.
Why did I create this Program?
This program is for those who are unable to attend their local physiotherapy clinic, gym, yoga or Pilates studio due to Covid-19 or for any other reason.
This program is evidence based, meaning it follows the best science on the topic of improving mobility around the lower back/hips/pelvis.
Equipment Required:
None is essential, however 2-3 elastic resistance bands of light, medium and heavy strength are useful with some of the exercises. If you are local to Perth, email adam@kwinana.physio and we will supply these for you. If not, Theraband, Sanctband or other brands are generally available in most retail sporting stores or online for under $10.
