WHAT IS PILATES?
The Pilates Method is a full body workout for fitness, injury prevention and injury rehabilitation. It combines deep core strengthening with stretching, coordination, control and balance. Our classes work to reshape, re-educate and create strong muscles and flexible joints.
The Pilates Method is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, sex, lifestyle or physical condition. Everyone will benefit from Pilates, whether your goal is to get physically stronger, to relieve back pain, improve posture or your overall athletic performance. With Pilates, you build a healthier body while gaining greater ease of movement so that you can live a healthy active life.
This 60-minute Online Mat Class requires no equipment, and suits most levels of fitness.
YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Holly has an Advanced Diploma of Classical Pilates. She completed her training through The Pilates Centre in Boulder, Colorado, which is
a highly regarded Pilates Teacher Training Programme. The training is comprehensive where trainees must commit to an apprenticeship for a period of 12-18 months, learning all levels from beginner to advanced on all types of Pilates apparatus.
